The Life Options Care Team
Tarina Griffin is the founder and CEO for Life Options Services. She also serves as the Senior Director and Senior Program Director, where she oversees business development as well as program operations, she provides direct support to Case Coordinators, and she manages all hiring and training.
Tarina started out as a direct care staff, taking care of individuals with all form of health issues ranging from dementia to cancer. She worked her way up, obtained her ARF/RCFE Administrator certificate, and has held roles as a case coordinator and intake specialist. In 2006, she established her own care giving business, Life Options Services, as she saw that there was a great need for elevated, individually tailored, home care services.
Tarina Griffin is also a graduate of Ryokan college and holds a doctorate in psychology. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), certified both in California and Arizona. Since 2012, Tarina has been offering psychological assessments, counseling, and treatment plans to patients across various age groups.
Always committed to community service, Tarina has been involved with organizations such as Sherman Community Center, American Red Cross, YWCA Childcare Center, Sharp's Mesa Vista Mental Health Hospital, and Mesa College.
With her diverse educational and work history, Tarina brings holistic and individualized approach to care giving, that allows her to always focus on providing the best care and support for her clients.
As an assistant program director, Dawn's role revolves around helping others. She finds great fulfillment in assisting people and contributing to their well-being. Her passion for her job stems from a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those she encounters.
Dawn's inspiration for her work comes from the love she developed for the field. Despite not having a background in homecare and supported living, she fell in love with the line of work and embraced it wholeheartedly.
